When Randy and I got involved in network marketing back in '03 we didn't have much luck with our local market in South Florida. So what did we do? We built an organization in every other state - From New York to California, we were closing loans. We never gave up on our local market, networking with real estate agents left and right. And those contacts are still with us today.
